1. Who we are and these terms

KryticalStyle is operated by مؤسسة الاسلوب المهم للتجارة, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration number 1009125890. These terms govern your use of kryticalstyle.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

We make every effort to show the colours, features and details of our products as accurately as we can. Screens differ, however, and we cannot guarantee that what you see matches the item exactly. Sizes follow the measurements published in our size guide.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are the price you pay. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no value added tax is added to your order and we do not issue tax invoices. You receive an order confirmation and a receipt by email. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

4. Payment

We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tamara and Cash on Delivery. Which methods appear at checkout can vary with the value of your order, the device you are using and the provider’s own eligibility checks, so not every method is offered on every order.

Card payments are handled by Moyasar and may require verification with your bank. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to SAR 3,750; above that, please choose another method. Tamara instalment plans are agreed directly between you and Tamara, and their terms apply alongside ours.

5. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and that is when the contract between us is formed. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we will tell you if that happens.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. Standard delivery arrives within about 3 business days and is free on orders over SAR 500. Express delivery is available in major cities for SAR 45 and arrives within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from the moment you order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or circumstances outside our control, though we will help you chase any parcel that goes astray.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and have all its tags attached, and footwear must be returned in its original box. Anything worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Request a return from Order History in your account. A courier will contact you to collect the package. Once we receive and check the item, we refund to the original payment method. Orders paid through Tamara are refunded through Tamara only — we cannot refund those to a card, in cash or as store credit.

8. Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Please keep your details accurate — we deliver to the address on the order. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and normally. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain access to parts of it that are not yours, or extract its content in bulk. We may suspend access if the site is being misused.

10. Our content

The KryticalStyle name, logo, designs, photography and site content belong to us and are protected. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

11. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the goods you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under Saudi consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top shows the current version. For any question, contact us through the Contact Us page.
