Shipping Policy

We currently deliver exclusively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders are dispatched quickly and delivered within 3 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: Within 3 business days. Free for orders over 500 SAR.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days. Available in major cities for 45 SAR.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KryticalStyle purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Anything that has been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Footwear must be returned in its original box.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Log into your KryticalStyle account.
  2. Navigate to your Order History.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit the request.
  4. A courier will contact you to pick up the package.
